Welcome to our fifth edition of The Hyegrove Herald, a quarterly newsletter to keep you updated on Hyegrove Willoughby, a luxurious retirement living community located in the new Heart of Willoughby precinct in Crabbes Avenue, Willoughby.

Construction is progressing well with approximately 100,000m3 of soil moved from site and the following milestones completed; bulk excavation, piling, capping beams, shotcreting and temp anchors whilst our first two cranes have been erected and the main sewer has been connected.

We are very pleased to let you know that sales have been very strong over recent months with many friends of residents choosing to also buy, which will make a very special community when everyone moves in during early 2025.

We have had a lot of fun hosting our future Hyegrove Willoughby residents at our recent Pinot and Picasso party and our regular monthly drop in drinks. It was also great to have so many new people attend our recent High Tea Information Session at Northbridge Golf Club in August.

We invite everyone who is interested to attend our University of Third Age presentations which are held every second Friday between 10.30am and 12.30pm in the Hyegrove marketing suite and also our monthly “Drop In Drinks” which are held from 4.00pm to 5.30pm on the first Thursday of each month. All of these events are held at our Hyegrove display suite at 44 Penshurst Street, Willoughby.
