Welcome to our fourth edition of The Hyegrove Herald, a quarterly newsletter to keep you updated
on Hyegrove Willoughby, a luxurious retirement living community located in the new Heart of Willoughby precinct in Crabbes Avenue, Willoughby.

Our construction teams have been very busy on site with excavation nearing completion and to date 65,000m3 of soil removed, piling completed, the main sewer installed, the first Crane Tower installed and the first slab on ground poured.

We are also thrilled to announce the release of new apartments in Building E which are stunning, and we encourage you to reach out to Cameron or Rohan to find out more.

It’s been a lot of fun with our future Hyegrove residents attending our special Trivia Night in March and our fabulous Easter party in April as well our monthly drop in drinks.

We invite everybody who is interested to attend our University of the Third Age presentations which are held every second Friday between 10.30am and 12.30pm in the Hyegrove marketing suite and also our monthly “drop in” drinks which are held from 4.00pm to 5.30pm on the first Thursday of each month.

All of these events are held at our Hyegrove display suite at 44 Penshurst Street Willoughby. We have lots of exciting events planned for the remainder of 2023 so stay tuned.
