Welcome to our third edition of The Hyegrove Herald, a quarterly newsletter to keep you updated on Hyegrove Willoughby, a luxurious retirement living community located in the new Heart of Willoughby precinct in Crabbes Avenue, Willoughby.

Since our Sod Turning Event in August 2022 our construction teams have been very busy on site with demolition completed and excavation underway with over 30,000m3 of soil removed from site. Additionally, 150 piles have been installed and installation of concreting and temporary anchors has commenced. As we begin 2023 over the next few months we will complete our bulk excavation and start erecting one of our cranes.

It has been a wonderful few months with our future Hyegrove residents attending many fun-filled events including our Project Update in October, our fabulous Melbourne Cup Party and Christmas Party events as well our monthly drop in drinks.

We invite everybody who is interested to attend our fortnightly University of the Third Age presentations and our monthly “drop in” drinks which are held from 4.00pm to 5.30pm on the first Thursday of each month. All of these events are held at our Hyegrove display suite at 44 Penshurst Street Willoughby. We have lots of exciting events planned for 2023 so stay tuned.
