Welcome to our second edition of The Hyegrove Herald, a quarterly newsletter to keep you updated on Hyegrove Willoughby, a luxurious retirement living community located in the new Heart of Willoughby precinct in Crabbes Avenue, Willoughby.

We are thrilled to announce construction has commenced with a special Groundbreaking Ceremony held on site on the 17th of August. It was a day of great significance with many of our Hyegrove purchasers in attendance enjoying the speeches, morning tea and the sod turning. It was also an opportunity to unveil our new Heart of Willoughby branding which you can see on the hoarding around the site. Its been a busy few months with our recent Groundbreaking event, our fortnightly University of the Third Age presentations, monthly drop in drinks, a project update evening, a presentation on Live your WayTM customisations and a fun night at the Miele Experience Centre enjoying champagne, exquisite tastings and learning about everyone’s new
Miele appliances. There was also a very interesting author talk when Dr Norman Swan visited the
Hyegrove display suite. It’s wonderful to get everyone together for these events and for our purchasers to have the opportunity to meet their new neighbours.

There is a lot more fun for the remainder of the year for Hyegrove purchasers with a special Melbourne Cup event, Project Update and Christmas Party. Also everyone is welcome to attend our fortnightly U3A courses, pop into our monthly drinks which are held from 4.00pm to 5.30pm on the first Thursday of each month.
