Milestones:
September – December 2024:
- Basement 03 – Cleaned with Storage Cage installation complete.
- Basement 02 – High-Level Services rough-ins complete.
- Basement 01 – Services Rough-in Complete.
- Building C – final fit off and lock-up to Units.
- Building B – final fit off and lock-up to Units up to Level 2.
- Building D – above ceiling services rough-ins, internal walls sheeted, and bathroom fit off commenced.
- Building A – internal wall sheeting, windows, waterproofing, tiling and joinery installation complete up to Level 5.
- Building E – internal wall sheeting, windows up to Level 4. Waterproofing and Tiling to Level 2.
- Building F (Club Willougby) – Structure Complete, above ceiling services rough-ins, internal and external wall framing, waterproofing, and window prep to up to Level 2.
- Façade & Scaffold Stripping to Buildings B & Commenced on A.
- Building A Common Areas Level 1 & Level 2 – Internal framing and sheeting commenced to walls and ceiling.
Works planned on site for the next quarter of 2025:

- Basement 01 – Blockwork wall construction complete.
- Basement 02 – High-Level Services rough-ins complete.
- Basement 01 – Soffits & Columns painting complete.
- Basement 01 – Soffit Insulation Complete.
- Building C – final fit off and lock-up to Units.
- Building B – final fit off and lock-up to Units up to Level 3.
- Building D – above ceiling services rough-ins, internal and external wall framing, waterproofing, and window prep complete.
- Building A – internal wall sheeting, windows, waterproofing, tiling and joinery installation complete up to Level 4.
- Building E – above ceiling services rough-ins, internal and external wall framing and window prep complete.
- Building F (Club Willougby) – Structure Complete, above ceiling services rough-ins, internal and external wall framing, waterproofing, and window prep to commence up to Level 2.
- Façade & Scaffold Stripping to Buildings B & D.
