Milestones:
- Inground services complete
- OSD tank slab and walls poured
- OSD pump out pit and sewer tank installed
- 100% of all slabs on the ground basement 03 have been poured
- 100% of basement 02 concrete slabs have been poured
- 100% of level 1 podium have been poured
- Building C – Structure Complete
- Building B – Structure Complete
- Ramps between basement 02 to Level 1 are completed
Works planned on site for the second quarter of 2024:
- 100% Basement 01 concrete slabs to be poured
- 100% Podium levels to be poured
- Building A – Structure to Level 5 Poured.
- Building D – Structure Complete
- Building E – Structure to Levels 1, 2,3 & 4 Complete.
- Building F – Structure to Level 1, 2 & 3 Complete.
- Basement 02 & 03 – Blockwork wall construction complete
- Basement 03 – High-Level Services rough-ins complete
- Basement 02 – High-Level Services rough-ins complete
- Lift delivery
- Basement Soffits & Columns painting completed
- Basement Soffit Insulation to have commenced
- Building C – above ceiling services rough-ins, internal and external wall framing, waterproofing, and window prep complete.
- Building B – above ceiling services rough-ins, internal and external wall framing, waterproofing, and window prep complete
- Building A – Levels 2 & 3 above ceiling services rough-ins, internal and external wall framing, waterproofing, and window prep to commence.
