Elena wins Commendation in 2022 UDIA Awards

Elena Lane Cove was well received by its target market of owner occupiers as it offered a strong point of difference in the crowded space of the Lower North Shore apartment market. The stunning architectural design, resort style amenity and the opportunity to customise their apartment appealed to discerning buyers who valued the apartments understated luxury and bespoke design. The architecture is contemporary modern and accentuates the buildings green outlook and it’s relationship to generous open spaces. The orientation of the apartments, the infinity edge pool and cafe were designed to capture the stunning bushland views over Stringybark Creek Reserve. Elena offered an industry first, with buyers enjoying the opportunity to fully customise their apartment through Hyecorp’s Live Your Way whilst enjoying resort like amenities Elena was launched in late 2019 and when COVID restrictions stopped display suite inspections the Hyecorp team pivoted to online virtual tours of the display and offered an interactive App allowing purchasers to view full imagery, floor plans, floor plates and pricing.

Elena Lane Cove was completed in January 2022 offering 106 apartments achieving an average $13,705/m2 which sold out during construction. Three penthouses are being launched to the market for the first time in May 2022 with a price guide of $2.8miIlion to $3.2million at a range of $25,000/m2 to $27,500/m2. The three penthouses offer an opulent scale and bespoke craftsmanship each with a fluted marble island kitchen bench, marble fireplace, oak herringbone flooring, wardrobes with custom joinery and expansive wraparound terraces with built in entertainers kitchens and retractable awnings.

Judges Comments

Elena is a well-designed, well-crafted development which fits sensitively into its bushland setting. The Judging Panel was particularly impressed with the customer focus displayed by this project. That focus starts with Hyecorp’s “Live Your Way’ service which gives purchasers access to an interior designer and enables them to customise their apartments using an especially developed customisation tool. Amenities provided for residents include: Gymnasium and sauna; private cinema; private dining room with kitchen and wine storage, kids activity room with pram storage; secure lockers for on-line deliveries and provision for a café. The developers put a great deal of thought into understanding, and catering for, their market – an essential element in producing a successful project.
